Criteria for HAA Scholarship

1. You must be either: a)HAA Member whose membership is current and has been in good standing for the past 6 consecutive months; or b) spouse or child(28 years or younger) of an HAA Member whose membership is current and has been in good standing for the past 6 consecutive months.
2. You must have a 3.0 or higher cumulative Grade Point Average at your current educational facility (high school or college) and you must be pursuing study in a health-related field .
You must be able to show you GPA to the Scholarship Committee by e-mailing, faxing or mailing current educational facility-generated documents.

University of Alabama

In - State Scholarship
Scholarship Offers
* Students who have a 27 ACT (English, math, social sciences, and natural science) and at least a 3.5 cumulative GPA will receive $1,500 per year or $6,000 over four years.
*Students who have a 28-29 ACT and at least a 3.5 cumulative GPA will receive $3,500 per year or $14,000 over four years.
* Students who have a 30-36 ACT and at least a 3.5 cumulative GPA will receive in-state tuition for four years.

Academic
*Students who have a 32-36 ACT and at least a 3.8 cumulative GPA will be considered for this scholarship package.
Students selected will receive the following:
*$8,500 per year for four years
*Value of tuition for four years
*Four years of on-campus housing at regular room rate
*Laptop computer

REMINDERS
*The application for admission and scholarships must be completed.
*December 15 is the postmark-priority deadline for scholarship consideration.
*The December ACT is the last test dates used for scholarship consideration.

The Pike County Cattlewomen's Scholarship

Student who are or have been in good standing at least three years in 4-H
and demonstrates academic excellence as determined by the Pike County Cattlewomen's Association Scholarship Committee.
Applications are due by April 14.

Troy Junior Women's League

This scholarship is the amount of $1500 will be award to an outstanding young woman who plans to attend a college or university in Alabama. The deadline is April 17. Please pick up applications in my office starting in March.

Pilot Club Scholarship

To be eligible for consideration:

You could reveive part of 50,000 in college grants through the Education Exchange . Pick up an application from the Army Aviation Center 651 Alabama Highway 87 . Entry deadline is March 16.
